Cancellation Policy

We understand that in certain circumstances clients need to re-schedule sessions. Premiere Studios Group Limited will happily transfer booked sessions when notified 72 hours prior to the commencement of the booked session.  For cancellations, please see our refund policy below or contact bookings@premierepodcaststudios.com for further details. Rescheduling can also be arranged, subject to availability. Any session(s) cancelled and not rescheduled within a 48 hour period prior to the session start date, the booking fee is non-refundable. Any sessions cancelled or missed on the day of a session will incur full payment.


Refunds are given at the discretion of Premiere Studios Group Limited. 

Booking Confirmation

Unless otherwise stated in writing by Premiere Studios Group Limited, no sessions are fully confirmed until agreed payment in full has been received. Repeat customers (with prior agreement) are able to confirm bookings with a 50% payment of the invoice, the remaining 50% payable 48 hours in advance of the session. 

Payment Terms 

Premiere Studios Group Limited operate a strict confirmation on receipt of payment policy for ALL bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cleared funds should be received no later than 48 hours prior to the session booking.

Late Arrival

Please make sure to arrive on time as if you go over your allocated booked slot, you may incur additional overtime charges, billed in 30 minute increments of your original booking – £120 per hour for Audio-only sessions and £150 per hour for Audio & Video sessions.

New Customers

All recording sessions with first-time customers must be paid in full 48 hours before the session commences. No sessions are fully confirmed until payment in full has been received.

Existing Customers

Returning customers are advised to pay in full before any session, however, if requested and agreed with management we will accept a 50% deposit to confirm the booking with the remaining 50% being paid within 48 hours of the session.

Group/Series Booking Discounts

Premiere Studios Group Limited operate a discount for group/series bookings of 10 sessions or more. 50% of the payment for all of the sessions will be due 48 hours before the first session. The remaining 50% will be due once half of the sessions have been completed. Further details are available on request through the bookings@premierepodcaststudios.com email. 

Force Majeure

Neither Party shall not liable to the other Party for non-performance, delay, loss or damage from any cause or matter that is beyond a Party’s reasonable control, including without limitation, earthquake, fire, flood, communication disruptions, environmental conditions, war or other conflict, public disturbance, strikes, labour difficulties, unavailability of material or supplies or any delay by or impediment created by the other Party.

Equipment Damage

Where customers are utilising the studio and its equipment in an unattended session, If any equipment is damaged whilst under the client’s supervision, the client will be charged a fee equal to the cost of replacement in addition to an administration charge of £90 for the replacement of the defective items. For un-attended sessions and £150 deposit via credit card will be taken and refunded on the day of the completed session.

Recording Backups

Premiere Studios Group Limited make provision wherever possible to ensure that each audio channel and camera have a backup recording aside from the main recording card/s from which the audio files can be produced. In the event of equipment or power failure, these backups should serve as a failsafe for the podcast already saved to file. This service is provided free of charge. 

File Delivery

Audio files will be delivered to the client within 48 hours of the end of the recording day. Should payment in arrears of the recording have been agreed final payment will be required before file transfer. Once the final payment has been made, the master’s and all other audio and video files become the property of the person who has paid for the session. These will be sent via WeTransfer.

There is a £45 (HD)/£60 (4K) file transfer fee for up to 2 hours of recording or £90 (HD)/£120 (4K) for anything over. Alternatively, the customer can bring their own SD cards to the session to avoid the file transfer charge; 1x Micro SD card is required for the audio files and 3x SD cards are required for video files.

File Storage

All audio and video files will be kept for a guaranteed 7 days after the date of a session. After 7 days Premiere Podcast Studios are not liable for any files that have been deleted. If you need any files after the 7 days past your session, do contact us as there is a possibility that they have not yet been deleted and are still stored.

Ownership Rights

Premiere Studios Group Limited acknowledge that we do not own or claim to own any of the Intellectual Property to the recorded material.  Premiere Studios Group Limited will not be held liable or responsible for the content, usage, infringement, liable or any other liability that may be incurred as a result of the recorded material being used or publicised by the client.


We enforce a strict no-smoking and vaping policy in the studio or inside any of the related building however, smoking is allowed outside the front of the building on the main road. Any vaping or smoking conducted on the premises will trigger the smoke alarms and the fire brigade will automatically be called. Should any studio client trigger the fire alarm through smoking or vaping this will incur a mandatory minimum £750 charge for the emergency services call-out plus administration fees for the re-setting of fire safety systems. 


Dogs are not allowed into the studio itself, but they are allowed to wait with supervision in the reception and other communal waiting areas.

Studio Set Up

Clients have a choice of two different set-ups for the studio – Fireside or Studio Desk. Photos can be viewed of both set-ups in the gallery section of our website. We have a choice of plants and lighting available on request – please email us before your session as any changes to the studio set-up during your session will shorten your available recording time. Let us know in advance if you would like to bring your own decorations.
