Learn about how we plan, prepare and execute remote recording projects, used for webinars, remote podcasts and more.
1. Preparation
Contact us ahead of your session so we can fully understand the scope of your content, discuss your goals, and note any specific requirements. This preparation ensures everything is in place for a smooth and professional remote recording.
Within this initial stage, you can provide an overview of the scope of your recording, including segments (Q&A’s, Presentations, Introductions), number of guests & participants, and how you would like the content to be displayed in the final cut.
2. Test Runs
Before your session, we will schedule in a run through to make sure that everything is to your liking and ensure the full production is seamless.
3. Recording
On the day of your recording, we will meet and greet hosts and guests if they are coming into the studio, whilst making sure the remote guests are ready to join.
Once the recording has finished, we will make any post-production amendments you have requested (editing, mastering etc.) and have the files sent via WeTransfer within 48 hours.

Remote Recording
Take a look at one of our most recent hybrid podcasts we have recorded at Premiere Podcast Studios, where the host recorded in our Shoreditch studio, with a remote guest through Riverside.
The Power of Hospitality Podcast: Episode Three – Head Concierge, TedX Speaker, Author and TV Travel Expert Show Host Sarah Dandashy.
For remote recording we use Riverside.FM, however we can also stream on whatever platform is preferred, including Zoom, Youtube, Tiktok and more.
Can You Record The Livestream?
Yes, we can capture a full high-quality recording of the livestream ready for you to upload.
What if Someone's Internet Drops?
The overall session quality will not be disrupted as Riverside captures the audio and video of each participant's device locally, meaning it can be touched up in post-production.
How Many Participant's Can Join?
Whilst Riverside allows up to 8 participants (1 Host, 7 Guests), other platforms such as Zoom can support up to 100 participants on a single call.
Can I Add Branded Graphics or Slides To The Livestream?
Yes, we can overlay logos, lower-thirds, or slides to match your brand identity, which you can request when booking.
